Digital Illustrations

I. GENERAL> You must be 13+ years old to commission me. If you are under 18 years old, you need the authorization from a parent/legal tutor to commission me via PayPal. No proof needed, but refunds won’t be given if your parent/legal tutor wants the money back because they weren't aware of the transaction.> You must own the character(s) you want me to draw unless the commission is a gift for the owner of the character(s), or it's a fanart. I won’t draw stolen characters.> I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time without justification.> I will not start working on your commission until you have paid me at least half of the final price.> Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.> I will always draw in my own style. If you want me to imitate a specific style, we will have to talk about it.What I can draw:
- Animals/Fantasy animals/Hybrids
- Humans/Anthros
- OCs
- Fanart
- Mild Gore
- Any kind of indoor/outdoor/nature scenery for the background. (still testing)What I might draw: (may cost an extra)
- Soft NSFW (18+ only! Requires proof of age!)What I can't draw:
- Simple Machinery
- Weapons and Armors
- Fetishes/ Extreme NSFW
- Extreme Gore
- Complex Machinery
- Anything promoting self-hate or hate towards someone or a group of people (Ex: romanticization of mental illness, racism, homophobia…)

II. PAYMENT> Payment can be made via PayPal (USD), or bank transfer (BBVA, BCP, Scotiabank), Yape or Plin for Peruvian customers (Soles).> You have 48h to send the payment unless agreed otherwise.> Money sent without my approval will be considered as a donation/gift>> Half-in-half payment is accepted, which means that, if you take this way of payment, the price will be divided in half. After sending me the first half, I’ll work on the sketch and send it to you for approval. After being approved, you’ll be sending the second half for me to finish it.PayPal
> Your PayPal address is required because I will invoice you;
> Invoices are made in USD.Bank transfer (BBVA, BCP, Scotiabank)
> I will send you my bank account number and the amount to deposit
> I won't start your commission until the payment is confirmed.Yape and Plin
> I will send you my phone number and the amount to deposit
> I won't start your commission until the payment is confirmed.

III. PROCESS> Please, contact me personally by DM on my social medias to commission me!> I will confirm with you the commission price and will either send you an invoice via PayPal or provide you my bank account number or phone number.> Once the payment is sent, I will start working on your commission as soon as possible!> You may ask for a work-in-progress at any time, but please, do not constantly bug me about your commission process.> Do not spam me because you want me to answer right at the moment.> I will send work-in-progress if it is requested, if I believe you should be updated or if, due to the commission complexity, I need to know if your commissioned piece meets your criterias/expectations. Keep in mind that WIPs are not guaranteed if none of the preceding criterias occur.> Your commission will be delivered approximately at the time provided in my price list. Please, if there is any delay, consider that art is not my full time job.> Once your commission is done, I will send you the high quality version of your order via email or by a Drive link.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION> I will do everything to make my customers happy so I'm willing to make edits during and after the commission process.> I am willing to do small edits such as marking mistakes, during and after the commission process.> Any great edits such as character and background change will come with an extra charge.> If your reference sheet and/or description was unclear, minor edits will come with a fee.> No changes will be made if it’s more than a month the commission was posted/sent to you and you haven’t given me an answer.

V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYAs the artist I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
> Promote myself on any place or site.
> Display it anywhere to my liking.
> Post it wherever I want.
If you don't want me to post your commission (private commission), it comes with a 50% fee.As the commissioner you are allowed to:
> Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
> Print the art, and claim the rights of your character(s), but not the drawing itself.
> Use and publish the copyrighted artwork online with proper credit.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. Your infringement would also be shouted publicly in a way that other artists will be aware of the situation. You also wouldn't be able to commission me again.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
> Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially*.
> Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
> Removing watermarks/signatures.
> Altering the artwork without my consent.
*^{Meaning making money out of it in any way.}The Purchase of Commercial rights:
> 300% of the original price.
When purchased you are allowed to:*
> Make any sort of merch with the artwork
> Use it in books, covers etc
> Change (alter/edit) it to your liking
> Promote your own brand with the artwork
*^{Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.}

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYIf you're the one canceling your commission:
You have the right to cancel a commission at any time without any justification. Keep in mind that you may not get a full refund if you cancel it: it depends on what's already drawn.Refund rates:
Commission not started = 100%
Sketch Done = 75%
Lineart Done = 50%
Color Done = 25%
Shading Done = 10%
Background Done = 0%Rates may change if not all these steps are present in the commissioned piece.
If the art piece is finished, no refund is possible.If I'm the one canceling your commission:
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time without justification.What may lead to the cancelation (+ refund) of your commission:
> Personal reasons (mental health, school, family, etc).
> You excessively ask me about your commission progress.
> If you spam me to get an instantaneous reply from me.
> If you are disrespectful.
> If I don't feel comfortable working with you anymore.
> Other reasons.A canceled commission won't be refunded if:
> I discover you commissioned me a drawing with stolen character(s); the commissioned piece will be finished and given to the real owner of the character(s).If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to alter and sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Monarca Azul, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

VII. WAITING LISTYou can find my To-Do list here. It's an easy way to check how many commissions I have to finish before I start working on yours.About my to-do list:> Commissions will always have the priority unless:
- I need to work on personal art in a way to take care of myself;
- I owe someone an art piece (ex: art trade or prize).
- There's a special event I want to emphasize with an artwork (ex: birthday gift);> If your order doesn't have the “paid” or “Half-paid” tag on my Trello, it means that I didn't receive your payment , which means I won't start working on your commission even if you are at the top of the list.
